Fresh Spring Berry Mint Mocktail Recipe (Serves 2) 🍓🌿

My First Harvest Mocktail đŸ«đŸŻđŸŒż | A Fresh & Fruity Spring Sip

About a month ago I started my first garden as a way to ground myself, get fresh air, beautify my balcony and have fresh herbs to eat while protecting me from the mosquitos that love my sweet, sweet blood so very much. There’s a special kind of joy that comes from picking something you grew yourself—and then turning it into something delicious. This vibrant spring mocktail features the very first mint leaves from my little balcony garden (cue the happy dance!). I’ve been dreaming of this moment: stepping outside, feeling the sunshine, and snipping fresh mint instead of tossing it in my cart at the store. It’s a whole new level of self-care and seasonal magic.

This mocktail is a fruity, fizzy, herbaceous delight—perfect for warm afternoons, garden hangs, or treating yourself just because. It’s naturally sweet, super refreshing, and packed with antioxidants thanks to a trio of berries. Whether you’re skipping alcohol or just want something pretty and fancy, this is your go-to spring sip.

Fresh Spring Berry Mint Mocktail (Serves 2)

Ingredients:

  • 1 small handful raspberries

  • 1 small handful blueberries

  • 1 small handful strawberries, sliced

  • 3 chopped fresh mint leaves

  • 4 mint leaves for garnish

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar or honey

  • Ice

  • Soda water or seltzer

Preparation:

  1. In a cocktail shaker or a tall glass, muddle the raspberries, blueberries, and chopped mint until the fruit is juicy and fragrant.

  2. Add the lime juice, sweetener of choice, and ice. Shake until well combined. No shaker? No problem. Just pour the mixture back and forth between two glasses a few times until it’s blended and chilled.

Ignore my nails, ya' girl has got to go get a fresh set of tips - it's on my to do list!

  3. Strain the mixture over fresh ice into two glasses.

  4. Top each with a splash of soda or seltzer water for a fizzy finish.

  5. Garnish with extra berries and a fresh mint leaf.

  6. Sip, smile, and enjoy every refreshing, garden-to-glass moment. đŸŒ±âœš
