Our Core Consulting coach is a highly qualified professional with certifications and training in her respective areas of expertise. Our team member holds eight years industry experience and accredited certifications through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in nutrition, personal training on a master level, corrective exercise, health coaching, and other health and wellness disciplines. Corey previously studied Esthetics to understand how to manage the skin elasticity during weight transformations. Additionally, Corey undergoes continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest research, trends, and best practices in the health and wellness industry.
